Hailing from New Jersey, Image has been wrestling for twelve years now in companies such as IHPW, WSW, and EGW, where the held gold on numerous occasions. Having several feuds with the likes of Justin Credible, Justin Glory, and others, Image is one of the most underrated names on the Indy scene today. 


However, alongside with his ability and passion for wrestling, Image has truly made his mark to the majority of fans outside of his local area via social networking. Using Twitter and being a part of PW247 Radio, Image has established himself and expanded his fanbase. Recently, I was able to catch up with Joey and discuss numerous topics, which will all be discussed in Sharp Shooter Press's first ever, two part interview.

Exclusive Interview: Eddie Edwards Discusses Survival of the Fittest, Kings of Wrestling, CHIKARA, and More!

 When you take a gander at the third biggest promotion in the United States, Ring of Honor, one of the names that is first brought up is, "Die Hard," Eddie Edwards. Being the first Triple Crown winner in ROH history and a former World Champion, Edwards is a New England native who has been a staple in Ring of Honor for years.

Also being half of one of the most renowned tag teams, the American Wolves, alongside current ROH Champion, Davey Richards, Edwards has done almost everything possible on the wrestling circuit at such a young age. Being an in ring specialist and one of the most renowned name in wrestling, I was able to catch up with Eddie before his bout at Survival of the Fittest tomorrow night! Rallo: First off, Eddie, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to do this interview. My first question has to be, you have recently been announced to take part in the upcoming ROH show, Survival of the Fittest 2011. There you will be joining the likes of Adam Cole, Rhett Titus, Kenny King, and Roderick Strong just to name a few on this very well known event for ROH. As a former winner of this tournament, can you give me your thoughts on this tournament and how you feel about taking part in it this year? You previously won it in 2010, which later propelled you to the World Championship. What are your thoughts on the tournament this year, and how it varies from previous years? Also, what did it feel like to win last year and how do you feel it impacted your career?

Exclusive Interview: Former WWE Superstar, Lance Hoyt talks NJPW, Plans Abrubtly Ending in WWE, and More!

When one thinks of a true big man athlete and a tag team specialist with a passion for the business, one can only think of former WWE and TNA Superstar, Lance Hoyt. Working as Vance Archer in WWE for a short stint as well as a long run as Lance Hoyt/Rock in TNA Wrestling, Hoyt has finally found his true home overseas in Japan.

Following his last run in WWE, Hoyt moved on to New Japan Pro Wrestling, finding a new passion for the business, like never before. The former TNA Tag Team Champion now brings his sheer athleticism, ability, and passion for Professional Wrestling.  Luckily, I was able to catch up with Mr. Hoyt and discuss his career in the United States as well as his new found career in Japan.
                              

Exclusive Interview: Mike Quackenbush Talks CHIKARA on iPPV, Claudio to WWE, Training Talent, and More!

With CHIKARA presenting its first ever, iPPV, High Noon next month, I felt as though it was appropriate to talk to the man behind the organization, Mike Quackenbush. Quackenbush has been world renowned for his in ring ability, mind for the business, and his work as a trainer for some of the up and coming stars of this generation.

Rallo: First off, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to conduct this interview. My first question is going right off the bat with CHIKARA's first ever iPPV, High Noon, which will take place on November 13th, in Philadelphia. Could you tell us, as the patriarch for CHIKARA, your personal feelings in regards to CHIKARA holding their first iPPV event in the promotion's history? What do you believe this means for the future of CHIKARA as a whole for the future? What are you looking forward to the most in regards to the event and what does the future hold for the promotion?

Exclusive Interview: Green Ant Discusses CHIKARA, King of Trios, Overcoming Injury, and More!

 Being best known for their King of Trios Tournament, held yearly, CHIKARA is home to the best six man tag team action in the world today. One of the most promising groups and last year's champions, The Colony had seized their first victory of the tournament. Soldier Ant and Fire Ant were recently accompanied by, Green Ant, who replaced Worker Ant, who had to retire due to injury.

Green Ant is a very unique competitor in CHIKARA, who has a more technical style opposed to the high flying niche that CHIKARA is renown for. He brings an innovative style and has captured the hearts of all CHIKARA fans for his, "Resilient Rookie" persona. Battling the likes of Mike Quackenbush and Tursas, Ant has become an underdog in CHIKARA. I was recently able to catch up with Green Ant and discuss a variety of topics!

Rallo: First off, I'd like to thank you for the time to conduct this interview. I would like to start off simple by asking, what motivated you to be a part of the wrestling business? Who were major influences in your life in and outside of the ring that motivated you to carry on this profession? Had there been any particular wrestling styles or wrestlers you saw that inspired you to go forward with your moveset? Where did it all begin for you?

NexGen Interviews: A Very In Depth Talk with Longtime Indy Veteran, Damian Dragon

 All over the world, there are many wrestlers who have unlimited talent, who never receive quite the amount of exposure, they deserve. One of those men, Damian Dragon. Being a 15+ year veteran all over the Indy wrestling scene, Dragon brings a unique in ring style that never disappoints his viewing public. Dragon is a decorated champion and is a current reigning tag team champion, in, Fusion DS. 

Recently, I was able to talk to Mr. Dragon on a variety of topics. Dragon made sure to express all his feelings in this very in depth conversation. He talks about independent wrestlers in the PWI, tag team wrestling, and so much more. Whether you know of him and his underrated legacy or you are reading of him for the first time, you will not regret reading this interview. Exclusive Interview: Johnny Gargano Talks Untouchable 2011, Davey Richards Match, DGUSA, and More!

 With DGUSA in full throttle, Untouchable 2011, is shaping up to be one very exciting iPPV. DGUSA is providing one helluva weekend from September 9th to September 11th, from Indianapolis, Chicago, and Milwaukee, wrestling fans alike can see some of the best action out there. One of the marquee talents who will be featured on the show, is one of the fastest rising stars in North America, Johnny Gargano.

Gargano has been on the wrestling scene for a few years now, and has been part of many of the most exciting matches in all the promotions he has been a part of.  A former PWO Champion as well as a very highly regarded star in AIW, Gargano brings intensity and passion to his craft.


I was lucky enough to get to talk to Gargano about many topics of his career. From working in Japan, aspirations for the future, and his upcoming big weekend for Dragon Gate, Gargano tells all in a very good interview. Hope you enjoy!

Exclusive Interview: Zack Gowen Talks Path to Sobriety, JCW, WWE Experiences, and More!

Throughout the years, Pro Wrestlers have been defined as some of the best athletes in the world today. Pro Wrestling is also home to some of the most controversial news as well as some of the best feel good stories in the history of sports. One of those feel good stories is the, one legged sensation, Zack Gowen.

Growing up as a wrestling fan, Gowen seemed to be just like any other fan, except for one thing; his cancer that caused his leg to be amputated at age, 8. No matter, Gowen went onwards with his dreams in full throttle and became a WWE Superstar at age, 20. Zack's life is not short of rough patches, but he has come over each and every one to become one of the most inspirational wrestlers of all time. The one legged wrestler has proved anything is possible and I was able to catch up with Zack for a few questions. Hope you enjoy reading this as much as I did, conducting it.

Could you tell us of when you really started taking an interest in Pro Wrestling as well as when you really decided this was a career you wanted to pursue? Wrestlers do seem to watch from a younger age, but when you had your leg amputated at age 8, an age that wrestlers ordinarily may start watching, did you feel it was something you still wanted to pursue or something you'd rather just watch than take part of? Exclusive Interview: Eric Watts Talks Tough Enough, Andy Leavine, Where he is Now and More!

This past season on the newest edition of, Tough Enough, one of the most impressive looking names was one, Eric Watts. Watts made it through six weeks on the show. Being known for his flashes of brilliance and impressiveness, Watts came up short due to his poor conditioning upon arrival.

The other day, I was able to talk to, Eric Watts about his experiences on, Tough Enough, as well as his humble beginnings and what he's been up to since this season of, Tough Enough had come to an end. Watts certainly has shown signs of promise and I hope you enjoy this interview!

NexGen Interviews: Introducing Alex Avgerinos

I'd like to welcome everyone to the inaugural edition of, "NexGen Interviews." What that is, is a project dedicated to helping out the true up and coming stars of the wrestling industry and giving them some spotlight and exposure as they grow and develop into becoming the next generation of Pro Wrestlers.

The first young man I am going to introduce to the world is one, Alex Avgerinos. A 17 year old athletic young talent who is all over North Carolina territories, "AA2" is a fan favorite amongst every territory he has been in and he did win the Krazy 8 Tournament held in North Carolina, a very prestigious honor for such a young competitor.

Every organization features their, “Founding Fathers.” These men that build the foundation and up for where they work. In Pro Wrestling, WWE can thank the likes of, Hulk Hogan for revolutionizing the organization as a whole. In one organization, Ring of Honor, there have been a set of men who built and revolutionized the art of, Pro Wrestling. 
 
One of these men, is, Nigel McGuinness. McGuinness was one of the most talented wrestlers in the entire world. Known for his technical ability and brutality in the ring, on top of his whimsy charisma, Nigel has traveled the globe. Known also, as, Desmond Wolfe, in, TNA Wrestling, too many. Recently, I was able to talk to A.J. Kirsch, a competitor on this past season’s, WWE Tough Enough broadcast. A.J. was eliminated in the 8th episode of the show, which was eventually won by, Andy Leavine. However, A.J. is not a wrestler to be overlooked. 

One of the more seasoned contestants on Tough Enough with a match on, WWE Superstars now under his belt, A.J. is the first Tough Enough contestant from this past season to appear on WWE broadcasting. Recently, I was able to speak to Ring of Honor talent, Adam Cole. Cole is one half of one of the most young and unique tag teams in the world alongside his partner, Alex O’Reilly. Both are incredibly talented individuals who bring their exciting in ring abilities to ROH’s prominent tag team division.

The current CZW Junior Heavyweight Champion is also going to be one of the many great tag teams capturing the minds of many on ROH television, presented by the Sinclair Broadcast Group. Now with a deal on TV, Cole and O’Reilly will bring tag team wrestling to a whole new level, one which WWE and TNA have not seen in years. Recently, I was able to interview former WWE Superstar, Shawn Spears. Known as, Gavin Spears on WWE’s version of ECW in, 2009…there is more that meets the eye than what the WWE Universe has seen on their televisions in 2009.

Interview with Michael Tarver About Cena, FCW Experiences, and More! (July 2011)

Following some recent controversy on Twitter by former WWE NXT Rookie and Nexus Member, Tyrone Evans a.k.a., Michael Tarver, / was able to send some questions his way in terms of his candid thoughts of the WWE, FCW, John Cena as well as some of his other life pursuits. Rallo: I’m just going to start off simple and ask of your beginnings. Who were your major influences in life? Who was the person or persons that inspired you to aspire to become a professional wrestler? Where did your wrestling pursuits begin? Where does the story and the inspiration of Tyrone Evans begin?

Evans: My major influences are my parents ,my mother was a strong minister and my father was also but he was a boxer and I watched him work himself to death almost to take care of us. He went from playing for the Denver Broncos to working in a racist country club to support his family. That mad me feel like I am strong enough to do anything and I was always a wrestling fan watching NWA and WCW . I started training in Akron Ohio at the Shamrock night club in 2004 ,and have been doing it since.

Exclusive Interview with Former TNA Talent, Shark Boy (June 2011)

This is an interview I just conducted with one of my favorite TNA Originals of all time, Shark Boy. Dean Roll, played the role of Shark Boy and captured the imagination of the TNA fans for years. From the inception of TNA until his untimely release this past March, whether known to the fans as the lovable loser or “Shark Boy 24/7,” he always entertained any crowd he was put in front of. Rallo:  First off Mr. Dean Roll (Shark Boy), I would like to thank you for taking the time for this interview. Over the years, you have been one of my favorite Superstars to watch on Impact. The first question is, how did it all begin? When and why did you even want to be a part of this profession?

Shark Boy: My earliest wrestling memory was tuning in to the WWF episode where “Rowdy” Roddy Piper blasted Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka with the coconut when I was about 10 or 11 years old.  For some reason, I had never been so fascinated by anything in my life.  I was hooked and almost immediately started telling people that someday I was going to be a professional wrestler.

Interview with International Megastar, Low Ki (March 2011)

Recently, I had the time to interview former WWE and TNA star, Low Ki (KAVAL). Low Ki is known internationally as a top notch talent with experience from some of the biggest promotions all over the world. He was last seen in the WWE as KAVAL, and since his release has been relatively quiet in terms of his future. I got to ask Ki many various questions based on his humble beginnings to his growing popularity all over the world as well as his future plans.
